Come meet Bonjour, Happiness! author Jamie Cat Callan, hear her take on joie de vivre à la française, and share your own perspective on the pursuit of happiness.
Jamie Cat Callan was an ordinary American gal struggling with age and body issues when she decided to travel to France to uncover the French secret to joie de vivre. While interviewing hundreds of women (and more than a few men), she uncovered their secrets to living a well-balanced life, enjoying more with less, and keeping stylish and sexy through middle age and beyond.
