Author Eléonor Picciotto says French Cuisine for the Young & Broke is the vade-mecum for fast, easy, healthy and tasty French recipes. For people with no ideas, no appliances and no time but with a craving for home-made deliciousness, this cookbook provides alternatives to microwave pizza and reheated mac & cheese.
Come hear Eléonor talk about her book and taste some of her delicious recipes during the reception following the presentation.
